Gry Skodje is a registered dietician MSc at the University of Oslo, 2002. She has practiced at Oslo University Hospital at the Division of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine with children with congenital heart disease and eating disorders in adolescents. Since 2007 she has worked within the Division of Cancer, Surgery and Transplantation. In 2014 she started her PhD within gastroenterology and is about to finish the thesis about the debated condition non-coeliac gluten sensitivity, a project in collaboration with the Monash University. Through the research group of her supervisor Knut Lundin she is connected to the K.G. Jebsen Research Center for Coeliac Disease. Since 2014 she has been member of the scientific board of the Norwegian Coeliac Association.
