Selina Cox

Selina Cox is a registered dietitian, having graduated with a First Class Honours degree from the University of Surrey, United Kingdom. She is currently a doctoral research fellow at King’s College London, where she is investigating the role of fermentable carbohydrates in quiescent IBD within the Diet and Gastrointestinal Health group. Her PhD has included a recently published re-challenge trial, which established that fructans induce gastrointestinal symptoms in quiescent IBD, and she has recently completed the first randomized placebo-controlled trial of the low FODMAP diet in IBD.
